Michael works directly with clients to understand and achieve their strategic objectives in creating  winning organizations. As President and CEO, he is responsible for daily operations and growth of the company. As a seasoned leadership facilitator, business owner,and long time supporter of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Community, Michael is deeply aware of the needs of and concerns for effective transitional leadership.

As a true visionary, Michael has adopted and incorporated the mindset of Inspiring Relevant Leaders, which has become the official tag line of our firm. Making real changes requires leaders who see growth opportunities and begin positing people to produce extraordinary results. He has served in many leadership roles beginning with his service in the Unites States Navy. Throughout his career, Michael  has be fortune to work with organizations such as New York Telephone, (now Verizon), U S West Communications and Nextel.
